How it works
01
Set from 0.50–10.00s (from 0.15s in sub-0.5s mode) — fast enough for kick tempos. Switch between 0.05s and 0.01s steps, with press-and-hold to dial in fast.
02
Take the watch off its band and place the body inside your swim cap, near the back or side of your head.
03
The beat starts after a 3-2-1 countdown (3–60s, selectable). Hold the stop button for 1 second to avoid accidental taps.
Cap position
Take the watch off its band and place just the body inside your swim cap. Kept close to your head — near the back or side — the beep and vibration come through clearly even underwater.
